AHEPA Sunday 542 Pic.png

May 20 2018

AHEPA was founded on July 26, 1922 in response to the evils of bigotry and racism that emerged in early 20th century American society.  It also helped Greek immigrants assimilate into society.  Now, AHEPA brings the ideals of ancient Greece, which includes philanthropy, education, civic responsibility, family and individual excellence to the community.

Our Chapter, founded by members of the Holy Apostles Greek Orthodox Church, joined over 1,000 Chapters and over 60,000 AHEPANS across North America to celebrate AHEPA Sunday.  As one of the fastest growing Chapters in the United States, we are honored to recognize key people within our great parish community for their spectacular accomplishments through a special program and so much more.

Education

AHEPA's commitment to education has been well documented throughout its history. Our chapter is pleased to support this by offering scholarships to deserving High School Seniors and medals to exceptional Greek School students.

Community

AHEPA Chapters have helped build, remodel, & enhance churches for decades by raising millions, so we made a contribution to the Holy Apostles Capital Campaign, dedicating the memorial service to deceased AHEPANS, & hosting the coffee hour.
